I'm not sure why the recent reviews about delivering have been awful. I ordered through Uber eats and it actually arrived 10 minutes earlier before the least expected delivery time. I've seen others say their cookies arriving cold... honey it's winter time 🤓 my cookies didn't arrive cold or overly crunchy. They actually arrived surprisingly still warm to the touch with very creamy chocolate. 😋 Also, no one should be saying crumbl cookie is better just because they had a bad delivery experience because this is 100% better than crumbl 😇 the chocolate chip brookie is literally to die for. Leftovers just means you gotta pop it in the microwave for 10-15 secs and it's gooey again! Can't wait to actually visit the store and try them fresh, because it's already delicious.

Ordered a 6 pack of their cookies at 7:14Pm through doordash my order did not arrive until 8:34pm when they arrived i was dissapointed with what arrived i ordered a smores, chocolate chunk, macadamia nut, double chocolate mint, caramel, and a blondie brownie. The caramel cookie chocolate mint and brownie were good but i did nkt receive my macadamia nut cookie instead i was given 2 very dissapointing chocolate chip cookied they were small and very hard the smores cookie was also very small and didnt really taste like anything if i did not have the doordash subscription this order would have costed $30 it was still $20 i am dissapointed and will not be buying again crumble is better

The cookies were good but were smaller than I expected. This was our first time ONLY because Crumbl is closed on Sunday's. The Plaza front needs to be cleaned, quite a bit of trash laying around. And the liquor store right next door is the main contributor. We got a kick out of the college students making mixed drinks outside. This was an experience but not one that I will want to repeat.

Awesome Birthday gift for my daughter in school in KZoo. Glad that the process was comprehensive and seamless to order from out of state. Glad also for her and I both getting notifications. Nice platform guys.

I could not have any of the cookies. All the locations share spatulas with all the cookies (nut allergy), so that was one heck of a bummer. At least I was able to get some ice cream. I took a star off because there was nothing special about their cookies n cream ice cream. It was like $8.75 just for the smallest size with 2 toppings (m&ms, brownie pieces). It came with a free cookie....so I gave that to one of my friends.
